Supplier Portal

Our web-based Supplier-Portal offers interested suppliers direct access to a possible partnership with our subsidiary companies. The registration, followed by supplier self-disclosure, forms the first part of your qualification. Immediately afterwards your entries will be evaluated by our Commodity Managers. You will be activated as new supplier in our Supplier-Portal, if necessary after further direct conversation with you. You will then receive requests and purchase orders via our Supplier-Portal. Thus, you have immediate access to more than 30 subsidiary companies of our Segment worldwide.

Non registered suppliers
First of all you have to register your company in the Supplier-Portal. Please enter your company’s master data and choose your main material group. Your individual D-U-N-S® Number will be essential for registration and can be found or applied for at www.upik.de. After successful registration at our Supplier-Portal you will receive access data immediately via E-Mail.

Already registered suppliers
After registration in the Supplier-Portal you are requested to state a detailed self-disclosure, tailored to your main material group. This includes information about your factory equipment, employees, reference customers/reference projects and required certification (e. g. ISO 9001:2008). Should the invitation for your self-disclosure be delayed, we might have no need for a partnership at this time. But we will still keep your data in order to get in contact with you upon any new demand.
